Who We Are
NPOnline was launched in February 2005 by AYLA Lawyers as Leaders, the Center for Community-Based & Non-Profit Organizations at Austin Community College, and the Texas Association of Nonprofit Associations.

Simply complete all the items on the online form. If you do not hear from NPOnline within 14 days, resubmit the form indicating the date of your original submission in the question field. The difficulty and complexity of your issue may affect the length of time and depth of the response. In the event that we are unable to answer your question, we will try to assist you in securing legal representation. Some issues may require formal representation and cannot be answered in this format.
